My online packages are a 12 week training program from which are which are catered towards your goals. All my training programs have a strength component at the beginning of the session, are specific towards your goals, and are catered to any injuries or conditions you may have. As your body progresses over the longer term, I progress you. I don't reuse programs or old sessions, and you will constantly be growing from strength to strength. 

My nutrition programs are not meal plans, but rather I give you a nutrition guideline to follow of calorie intake, macro-nutrients intake, timing of nutrients, and supplements to take.

Each program I write is written specifically for the individual, and you have fortnightly check ins with me. I'm contactable outside our check-ins pending time difference. You will be added to my private Facebook group where you will become a part of my community!
